Energy Solutions International today announced the successful implementation of its Synthesis logistics management solution for Belle Fourche and Bridger Pipelines in Wyoming, North Dakota and Montana.
Belle Fourche and Bridger Pipelines needed a system to help it manage its nominations to invoice cycle, to migrate off its mainframe system and to provide an online portal for its shippers to access vital information. After conducting a comprehensive search, including a direct comparison of all available solutions in the market Belle Fourche and Bridger selected Synthesis. Tad True, Vice President of Bridger and Belle Fourche Pipelines said, “It was clear that Synthesis stood out as the most mature and obvious software choice to help us operate our pipeline.”
The Synthesis system assists Belle Fourche and Bridger Pipelines with its nominations, ticketing, oil inventory, and billing functions. Synthesis now manages the crude gathering activities for a large and increasing share of the North American pipeline and terminal market. With this implementation, Synthesis now manages over 82 pipelines covering over 30,000 miles / 45,000 km of pipeline as well as 224 terminals with 128MM barrels / 20 MM m3 of storage. Synthesis is the market leading application for pipeline and terminal companies who are seeking to manage the logistics of storing or transporting liquids such as crude oil or petroleum to manage their order to cash cycle.
