Buckeye Partners Licenses Pipeline Training Simulation Software from Energy Solutions International

Houston, Texas (April 27, 2010) – Energy Solutions International, Inc. (ESI), a world-leading supplier of software solutions for oil and gas pipelines, announced that Buckeye Partners, L.P. signed an agreement to license the training simulation application of ESI's PipelineManager® pipeline operations and control software.

Buckeye, which currently uses ESI's pipeline leak detection application, plans to use the simulation software to train pipeline control room personnel overseeing its North American pipeline system. The training simulator application helps significantly decrease the time required to train personnel.
