Meeting customer requirements requires intense focus from all parts of our organization on our customers. We depend on our customers and are committed to understanding their current and future needs. We will consistently work toward ensuring that we clearly understand our customer requirements through conducting market research; maintaining regional offices around the globe to manage relationships with customers; consistently communicating with our customers; holding user group meetings; participating in industry conferences and events; and providing early access to new products to interested customers.

In the energy industry there are many regulatory requirements that must be met by our customers and our solutions. We monitor applicable regulations and ensure that our products and services assist our customers in meeting their regulatory standards.

In order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, we are committed to monitoring customer satisfaction and continuously improving our products and services to better meet the needs of customers. EnergySolutions maintains a dedicated Customer Care group that is focused on providing customer support as well as monitoring customer satisfaction. EnergySolutions uses customer surveys; analysis of help desk requests; software defect tracking; and other mechanisms to monitor and measure customer satisfaction. Periodic reviews of available data and metrics will be conducted to assess customer satisfaction levels, identify issues and determine courses of action to enhance the customer experience with EnergySolutions’ products and services.

All of our efforts to achieve high levels of quality and service at EnergySolutions follow a process-based approach. These efforts are targeted at achieving lower costs and shorter cycle times through effective use of resources. Our processes are aimed at producing consistent and predictable results while providing a framework for focusing and prioritizing opportunities for continuous improvements in quality.
