Tony Botterweck
Former President, Koch Pipeline Company
Botterweck retired from Koch Industries in 2004 after 32 years with the company. Starting his career at Great Northern Oil & Refining Co. in 1972, he was promoted steadily throughout the years. Among his numerous management positions at Koch Refining, Botterweck served as manager of Planning in the marketing group, vice president of Planning and Distribution, and vice president of Supply, Distribution and Planning. In 1993, he transferred to Koch Pipeline Company as vice president of Business Development. Botterweck was named president in 1995 and also acted as president of several pipeline companies in which Koch Pipeline Company was the operating partner. Just prior to his retirement, he led a new initiative to centralize Koch’s procurement system worldwide. Botterweck holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Wichita State University.

Keith Foreman
Former Senior Vice President, Finance, El Paso Corporation

Keith Forman was formerly senior vice president, Finance. Forman, who joined El Paso in 1998, also served as vice president, El Paso Field Services and chief financial officer, GulfTerra Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE:GTM), a publicly traded master limited partnership. In his position with GulfTerra, he was responsible for the financing activities of the partnership, including its commercial and investment banking relationships.

Kenneth Graham
President, Inverness Capital Partners

Ken Graham is the Founder, President, and Senior Managing Principal of Inverness Capital Partners. Ken has substantial industrial technology and manufacturing investment experience, having served in executive management and transaction roles with both the Graham Packaging Company (GPC)and the Graham Manufacturing Group (GMG). In addition, Ken has a background in turnaround management consulting and board-level portfolio company oversight. He currently serves as Executive Board Chair of GMG, and Advisory Board Member of Commercial Electronics and Bee Hive Ventures, two technology venture funds. Prior to forming the Manager, Ken served as Senior Group Vice President for Global Business Development for GPC, where he held primary responsibility for its Latin American operations and acquisitions initiative and its global alliance and technology licensing agreement with Tetra Pak. He also served as a member of GPC’s seven member Group Management Committee and on the Advisory Board overseeing Graham Group companies. Ken has served as Director of Business Development for Superconducting Core Technologies, an early stage wireless communications company, Board Member of Brainspark, a UK-based technology incubator, and Manager for Mackenzie, Hovey and Associates, a turnaround management consulting group where he led business restructuring engagements for the firm. Ken earned his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Burke Mountain Academy.

Peter Shoemaker
Wedbush Capital Parnters/Alvin V. Shoemaker Investments

Peter Shoemaker has spent the last eighteen years in the investment business, including work in leveraged buyouts, turnarounds, recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital. Mr. Shoemaker is a Managing Director at Wedbush Capital Partners. Prior to joining Wedbush, he was Managing Director of Alvin V. Shoemaker Investments, Inc. where he managed multiple private equity funds, with a portfolio of over 25 private investments. Investments covered a variety of industries including energy, consumer products, basic industries, financial services and outsourcing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shoemaker identified growth opportunities and invested capital for Hanover Energy, a merchant bank focused on buyouts in the oil and gas industry and controlled by William E. Simon and Sons. His involvement included the creation of Hanover Compressor Company (NYSE: HC) (taken public by Goldman Sachs), the acquisition of United Gas Pipeline, the acquisition of Shore Oil, and the creation of WES-AL Capital. Other relevant experience includes work at Price Waterhouse in the Corporate Recovery Group engaged in bankruptcy and litigation support assignments including the Orange County Bankruptcy. Mr. Shoemaker has served on multiple boards and is currently active in that capacity with EnergySolutions and ExtruMed, LLC. Mr. Shoemaker began his career as a research analyst in the Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Group. He received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He remains active on boards and various other leadership opportunities with the University of Pennsylvania.

Jo Webber, PhD.
Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman, EnergySolutions

Dr. Webber is an experienced software executive who has spent her career providing enterprise software solutions to many of the world’s leading corporations. Prior to joining EnergySolutions in 2006, Dr. Webber served as president and CEO of InnaPhase Corporation. When the company was sold to Thermo Electron (TMO) in 2004, she became vice president of Thermo Informatics. She earned a doctorate in quantum physics and a Bachelor of Science degree in applied chemistry from the University of Nottingham Trent in the United Kingdom. Dr. Webber is a Chartered Chemist and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. She serves on the boards of Maxwell Systems, a provider of construction accounting software applications, and Octagon Research, a clinical R&D software and services provider.

Steve Wood
Managing Principal, Inverness Capital Partners; Chairman, EnergySolutions

Steve Wood is a Managing Principal and Operating Partner of Inverness Capital Partners and focuses on assessing financing options, developing transaction structures, overseeing development of portfolio company strategic operating plans, and serving in interim management roles in portfolio companies when necessary. Steve began working closely with the Graham Group in 1991 and joined full-time in 1993. Steve played a key role in the platform build-up and leveraged recapitalization of Graham Packaging Company (GPC) and a lead role in the ongoing build-up and restructuring of the Graham Manufacturing Group (GMG). Steve was a key member of Graham Capital’s investment committee overseeing the venture-oriented direct and indirect alternative investment strategy of the Graham organization. Steve is Chairman and CEO of GMG and previously served as Senior Group Vice President and CFO of GPC, where he played a lead role in acquisitions, divestitures, and financings of over $2 billion. Steve was also a member of GPC’s Group Management Committee. Additionally, through his strong `background in operations, Steve has led the integration and transformation of a number of the Graham Group’s businesses. He has worked closely with portfolio company senior management teams to help them execute critical strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the Graham Group, Steve was a Senior Manager and Director of Tax with E&Y. With E&Y, Steve served as a member of both the audit and tax groups with an emphasis on manufacturing and emerging market companies. During his tenure with E&Y, Steve worked with numerous early and growth stage companies as a member of the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services Group. Steve earned his BS in Accounting from Connecticut State University and is a CPA.

Michael B. Morrissey
is a Principal & the Director of Business Development for Inverness Capital.

He was the Vice President of Business Development with Boston based Audax Group, a $1B private equity firm. Michael also served as a strategy consultant in Bain & Company's private equity practice. Prior to Bain, he co-founded and raised third party investment capital for a consumer products business and owned, operated and sold a hardware products business. Michael received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
