TengBeng Koid is an experienced executive in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Energy Solutions, Koid served as president, international, for SMT, Inc., the market leader in geoscience software. When the company was sold to IHS, Inc., he became a vice president at IHS, the leading provider of information in the global market and economy. Before joining SMT, Koid served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer at ION Geophysical Corporation. Prior to ION, Koid worked for Landmark Graphics Corporation, a software and services subsidiary of Halliburton Company, in various roles including vice president/general manager of Asia Pacific Operations, vice president for Global Business Development and vice president for Asset Performance Consulting. Koid later moved to Halliburton where he was vice president with accountabilities over national oil companies. Before Landmark, Koid was a senior manager at IBM specializing in the oil and gas industry. Koid has an executive MBA from Bath University and graduated with honors from the University Science Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
VP, North America
David Ramo joined Energy Solutions in 2010 and serves as Vice President of North America, responsible for business development. David began working in the energy industry in 1990, working with multiple energy companies that included Enron, Tenneco, Trident Natural Gas Liquids and Koch Industries. David held various technical and business positions responsible for providing technology and operational management solutions for pipelines, refineries and business assets. David is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Metropolitan State University and an MBA/Technology Management degree from The University of Phoenix.
VP, Operational Management Solutions (OMS)
Julie joined Energy Solutions in 2005 and served as Product Manager for Commercial Applications and, later, Director of Operations and Service Delivery in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia before taking her current position. Julie has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Energy Solutions, Julie worked in the Koch Industries family of companies, managing a variety of enterprise pipeline and energy trading projects and organizations. Julie began her career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in the Energy Business Unit, managing, implementing, and supporting pipeline operational and business applications for a variety of clients. Julie is a Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems Management from St. Mary’s University, and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Sr. Director of Operations
Cecilia joined Energy Solutions in 2014 and served as Manager for Technical Services, overseeing technical teams implementing Energy Solutions’ applications. Shortly after, Cecilia served as Director of Global Services, responsible for all aspects of implementations, both technical and business, before taking her current position overseeing Operations, including Global Services, Project Management and Customer Care. Prior to joining Emerson, Cecilia spent over 14 years in the Oil & Gas industry in a variety of technical roles and for a number of different energy companies including Enron, Hess Corporation and Nexen Petroleum. Cecilia is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
Sr. Director Liquids and Gas Management Systems (LMS, GMS)
Sandy joined Energy Solutions in 2010 and served as Development Manager and later, Sr. Director for the Liquid and Gas Management Systems. A software engineer at heart, Sandy has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry working for notable companies such as Enron, El Paso Gas, Chevron & Shell. Sandy studied Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at De La Salle University. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, cycling and running.
